About me
My name is Grant P. Bogart. I am a freelance programmer, web developer and Classics student. Although I take a particular interest in Late Antiquity, I am heavily invested in the rest of European history as a whole.
Some people have a strong religious objection to making their life’s work readily accessible. Fortunately, in this day and age, it is very easy to create your own website. I am of the opinion that every competent individual, which may or may not include myself, should have a website; here’s some more of my thoughts about that. Unlike others, I was forced to make my website as part of a government mandate to contain all of my nonsensical ramblings in one place. Despite this, the sheer amount of nonsense that comes out of my stupid mouth is bound to escape from this place into the jungles of the outside world.
This website serves as home to several of my creative works. Almost everything on this website that isn’t explicitly credited to another individual has been written by me. In addition, there are a number of resources which I have stumbled upon over the years and later deemed worth being hosted online. The majority, if not all, of the aforementioned resources are practically outdated and cater to some niche within the computing world, however it goes without saying that they do not belong to me.
I have some degree of experience with the following languages: C, C++, Lua, Java, JavaScript, Python, and PHP. The majority of my programming experience is directed towards constructing the backends of websites, however I have been designing static webpages since I was a little kid, and can navigate around HTML and CSS standards in a proficient manner. Another large part of my experience has to do with Minecraft servers. I have been running Aedificium for over 10 years now, which serves as both a repository for my buildings, and, at least in my opinion, a unique and enjoyable server.
You should disregard all notions of confidence or elegance that the last few paragraphs may exude, because I am nothing more than an uncertain and ill-experienced 21 year old.

I receive a lot of spam. For this reason, I have employed a spam filter that is somewhat extreme, and so I very well might not receive your message if your e-mail address does not end with the domain name of one of the big e-mail providers (Hotmail, GMail, Yahoo, etc.) or if you are sending from a private server with an IP address frowned upon by Spamhaus. Please know that I am not fond of this arrangement, but I have no other choice than to resort to physical mail, and I would rather not have to start buying postage stamps in order to communicate with Internet denizens.

If you have stumbled upon this page from a service that I am affiliated with, I would much rather that you go through the channels offered to you by that website so it may be dealt with by the appropriate people. That being said, I am always willing to entertain any concerns which are valid in their nature, and do not intend to prey upon some kind of negative emotional reaction. Thanks for reading.
